羊肉品质的影响因素及其调控措施研究概况

【摘要】 论文分析了影响羊肉品质的因素,并针对不同影响因素,从遗传、营养、管理、加工四个方面提出改善羊肉品质的措施,为进一步科学研究和生产实践提供依据。

【Abstract】 The paper analyzed the factors that influenced the quality of mutton and put forward measures to improve the quality of mutton from the perspective of genetics,nutrition,management and processing to provide the basis for further scientific research and production practice.
