【摘要】 目的 初步探讨消幻汤含药血清对人神经母细胞瘤细胞SH-SY5Y的增殖及形态的影响。方法 通过连续7 d给家兔灌胃给药,制备消幻汤含药兔血清、利培酮含药兔血清及空白兔血清。将上述血清作用于SH-SY5Y细胞24~72 h,通过倒置显微镜观察含药血清干预48 h的SH-SY5Y细胞的形态,并且每24小时采用MTT法检测SH-SY5Y细胞的增殖情况。结果 消幻汤含药血清处理48 h的SH-SY5Y细胞突起较长,细胞间接触紧密,并且伸出伪足,虽表现为增殖旺盛,但消幻汤含药血清对SH-SY5Y细胞的增殖与空白血清相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而利培酮含药血清则可显著增加SH-SY5Y的细胞数量,呈现对数增殖趋势,与其他各组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 消幻汤含药血清对SH-SY5Y细胞的正常形态有促进作用,而对SH-SY5Y细胞的正常增殖元显著干预作用,与利培酮含药血清作用不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Xiao Huan Tang containing serum on proliferation and morphology of human neuroblastoma SH- SY5Y cells.Methods Seven consecutive days gavaged Xiao Huan Tang or risperidone drug-containing rabbit serum.The morphology of SH-SY5Y cells was observed by inverted microscope after 48 hours drug-containing serum treated,and every 24 h proliferation of SH-SY5Y cell was tested by the MTT assay.Results Xiao Huan Tang containing serum treated 48 h SH-SY5Y cell were close contact between the cells,had pseudopodia,and promoted proliferation.Xiao Huan Tang containing serum compared with the blank serum on proliferation of SH-SY5Y cells was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),but risperidone containing serum got a significant increase in the number of SH-SY5Y cells,showing the logarithmic growth trend(P < 0.05).Conclusions Xiao Huan Tang containing serum can promote the normal form of the SH- SY5Y cells,but have not significant intervention on normal proliferation of SH-SY5Y cells,plays a different role from risperidone.更多还原
