软件工程创新型人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 软件工程创新型人才是软件产业自主创新的根本,如何培养软件工程创新型人才是高校软件工程专业的重要任务。文章以软件工程创新型人才的能力培养为目标,阐述了重庆师范大学软件工程系在人才培养方面的具体做法以及实践效果。

【Abstract】 Innovative software engineering talents are the base of software industry innovation. Under the circumstance, the talent cultivation ranks the top priority for software engineering major in colleges and universities.To cultivate innovative software engineering talents, we illustrated the specific way and practice effect of talent cultivation in Software Engineering Department of Chongqing Normal University.
