【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the origin and employment of architecture students in Guangzhou University,we pointed out the importance of students’ individuation education.We put forward strategies of professional talent training scheme from formulation to implementation in the local college of architecture subject based on the universal adaptation of talent training scheme and provided flexible and diverse channels through a special management system to meet students’ personalized career development needs.Taking Guangzhou University as an example,we analyzed specific operation methods.更多还原
