【摘要】 人生有很多开始,对大一新生而言,从高中到大学既是人生的一个重要转折,又是一个全新的开始。大学一年级尤其是第一学期,面临着人生的很多新课题,如同航船沿着江河驶进大海,不同程度地存在着种种困惑和不适应。因此,"适应教育"成为大学新生教育的核心主题。同济大学根据大一新生的特点和成长发展需要,开设了"大学生涯启航"(以下简称"启航")课,积极开展课程体系建设探究,旨在有的放矢地探索适应教育和课程化建设。力求帮助新生在了解大学,认识自己的基础上,较快地适应大学新环境,确定学习目标,培养健康人格,学会自我规划,增强心理适应能力,以积极进取的人生态度,开好头,迈好步,开启大学生涯。更多还原

【Abstract】 For freshmen,the turning point from high school to college is also a fresh start for life.During the first year of college,especially the first semester,freshmen will be faced with many confusions and inadaptations on varying levels.Thus,"Adaptive education" becomes the main theme of education for the freshmen.According to the freshmen’s characteristics and the needs of development,colleges offers the course of "College Career Sailing"(hereinafter referred to as "Sail").This paper actively carries out research on the course system construction,tries to help freshmen more quickly adapt to the new environment,identify learning goals,develop healthy personalities,learn self planning and enhance psychological adaptabilities on the basis of understanding the college and themselves,so that they can have a good start of college life.更多还原
