【摘要】 本文在定义海岸带区域发展潜力的内涵基础上,构建了基于自然子系统和人文子系统的东营市区域发展潜力指标体系,借助ARCGIS空间数据平台,结合主成分分析的相关性算法、变异程度赋权法和模糊化处理等,形成基于细化单元整合的多重复合评估模型。通过对东营市沿海四区县的数据测算和实证分析,结果表明河口区和垦利县发展潜力明显低于其他两区县,但是其资源与环境优势较明显,具备较大的发展空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,based on the definition of development potentiality in coastal area,the index system is constructed of evaluation of development potentiality in Dongying,which is based on the natural subsystem and human subsystem.With the help of ARCGIS,the spatial data platform,and combined with principal component analysis,variation degree weighting method and fuzzification processing,multiple evaluation model is formed which based on the integration of refining unit.In the empirical study of four coastal counties in the city of Dongying,it shows that due to economic and technological factors,the development potentiality of HeKou Area and KenLi County are significantly lower than the other two areas,but they have larger development space for their advantaged environmental and resources.更多还原
