三峡水库主要支流库湾轮虫的分布和季节变化

【摘要】 三峡水库蓄水后在狭长的库岸线上形成了数目众多的库湾,库湾特殊的生态特点及不同支流库湾生态特征的差异使其成为三峡水库生态研究的焦点。本文研究了2006年4月-2007年1月三峡水库各主要支流库湾轮虫季节性的周年生态特征,结果显示三峡水库支流库湾轮虫种类组成丰富,共采集到轮虫18科33属67种,其中针簇多肢轮虫、螺形龟甲轮虫、暗小异尾轮虫为主要优势种类。轮虫的种类组成和种类数具有明显的季节和空间差异,夏季种类多、冬季种类少;轮虫种类数相近或一致的季节或库湾,其种类组成并不一致。轮虫的密度也有明显的季节和空间差异,密度的季节变化主要表现为夏季高、春秋次之、冬季低,且相差较大;库湾间轮虫密度的空间差异夏季表现最为显著,密度最高为夏季的黄金河库湾,达4481.67ind.L-1。三峡水库狭长,各支流库湾生态特点复杂,轮虫的生态特征表现出时空差异;不同淹没状态的库湾存在显著差异,已淹没的库湾种类和密度都较未淹没的高,显示蓄水改变了支流库湾轮虫的生态状况。

【Abstract】 Three Gorges Reservoir is a super-sized reservoir over the Yangtze River,and a large number of Bays was formed after the water was stored in the reservoir.The big tributaries formed the main Bays.The special Gorges Reservoir was surveyed from April 2006to January 2007.The results showed that the species composition of rotifer in the bays of tributaries was rich,which included 18families,33 genus and 67species.Polyarthr trigla,Keratella cochlearis,Trichocera pusilla were the main dominant species.The composition and amount of rotifer species showed an obvious temporal and spatial variation.Although the species number of rotifer was near or same at different season and in different bays,the composition of rotifer species was different.The density of rotifers also showed an obvious seasonal and space variation.The highest density was in summer,lower was in spring and fall,the lowest was in winter.The space variation of rotifer density was showed in summer because of a lower density in fall,winter and spring.The highest density of rotifers was in Huangjin River Bay,reached 4481.67ind.L-1 in summer.The reservoir is narrow and long,and the ecological characters of each branch were complication.The ecological characters of rotifer showed temporal and spatial variations.The species compositions and densities of rotifers were higher in the Bays which were submerged in 4 seasons than in the bays which were river form in part or all seasons.The result showed that the ecological characters of rotifer in tributary bay varied with the impoundment of the reservoir.
