【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化吸除术对角膜内皮的影响。方法使用非接触式角膜内皮显微镜分别于术前、术后3天,1周,1个月,3个月拍摄糖尿病患者[27例(42只眼)]角膜内皮与老年性白内障患者[28例(39只眼)]角膜内皮,观察分析手术前、后角膜内皮的改变。结果统计学分析表明,组间(老年性白内障组与糖尿病组)及组内(手术前、后)内皮细胞面积、计数,六角形细胞变异系数均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者角膜内皮对白内障超声乳化吸除术所产生的损伤较敏感,手术时应尽量避免对角膜的损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of phacoemulsification on corneal endothelial cells of diabetes.Methods The endothelial cells in the diabetes group and the control group were analyzed with a non-control endothelium scope respectively 3 days,1 week,1 month and 3 months after and before operation.Results After operation,there were obvious differences in the average cell size,the average cell density and variation in each group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endothelial cells of diabetes are sensitive to the damage of phacoemulsification,so safe and reliable operation should be selected for these patients.更多还原
