N–丁基硝氧乙基硝胺的合成工艺研究进展
Research Progress in Synthesis Process of N-Butyl Nitroxyethyl Nitramine
【摘要】 N–丁基硝氧乙基硝胺(BuNENA)是一种性能优良的新型含能增塑剂,在固体火箭推进剂、枪炮发射药和钝感高能炸药等领域具有广泛的应用前景。BuNENA的制备工艺国外已实现了由间歇法转为连续法的的技术跨越,并由此大幅提高了产品的质量和收率。介绍了BuNENA的间歇法和连续法合成工艺,并对连续法工艺的几个关键问题进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 N-Butyl nitroxyethyl nitramine(BuNENA) is a kind of novel energetic plasticizer with excellent performance,and has wide application prospects in the fields such as solid rocket propellants,gun propellants and insensitive high explosives,etc.The technical leap from the batch process to the continuous process for preparing BuNENA has been realized abroad,and the quality and yield of product significantly increase.The synthesis technologies of BuNENA by batch and continuous processes are introduced,and several key problems in continuous process are discussed.
