【摘要】 目的探讨64层容积CT肝脏多期增强扫描和三维重建技术在肝细胞癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析154例经病理证实的肝细胞癌患者的临床资料和64排容积CT增强后多期扫描图像,然后利用薄层图像数据进行三维重建。结果 154例肝细胞癌中,(142/154)例在动脉晚期呈高密度,(138/154)例显示供血动脉。(8/154)例在门静脉期呈等或高密度,(146/154)例在门静脉期呈相对低的密度。(154/154)例在延迟期呈相对低密度。(32/154)例显示门静脉癌栓,(8/154)例显示下腔静脉瘤栓。结论 64排容积CT增强多期扫描及3D重建不仅能显示肝细胞癌的增强表现特征,而且提高了肝细胞癌的检出率,还能直观地显示肝动脉、肝静脉及门静脉受侵情况,在临床早期诊疗中具有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application value of 64 slice volume CT hepatic enhanced multiphase scan and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 154 patients with pathologically proven hepatocellular carcinoma and of images of 64-slice volume CT enhancement multiphase scan, and then use the thin image data to do 3D reconstruction. Results 154 cases of liver cell carcinoma,(142 / 154) cases showed high density in the late arterial phase,(138 / 142) patients showed artery.(2 / 154) cases with density in portal venous phase,(152 / 154) cases were relatively low density in portal venous phase.(154 / 154) cases showed relatively low density in delayed phase.(32 / 154) cases showed portal vein tumor thrombus,(8 / 154) patients showed inferior vena cava tumor thrombus. Conclusion 64 slice volume CT liver multi phase enhanced scanning and 3D reconstruction not only can shows the enhanced scan features of hepatocellular carcinoma, but also improves the detection rate of hepatocellular carcinoma, and could intuitively display invasion situation of the hepatic artery and hepatic vein and portal vein, which makes them important in early clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
