HRB400E热轧抗震钢筋的研制开发

【摘要】 就安钢根据HRB400E抗震钢筋的产品特点及技术要求,在现有生产工艺装备条件下采用VN微合金化工艺进行产品的研制与开发。同时,对其生产的HRB400E热轧肋抗震带钢筋实物质量水平进行了分析研究,研究结果表明:该抗震钢筋成分稳定,综合性能可靠,完全符合国标GB1499.2-2007对抗震钢筋的各项技术要求。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the product characteristics of HRB400E aseismatic reinforced bar and the technical requirements of national standard GB1499.2-2007,it adopts VN microalloying process to carry out R&D of product under present production process equipments and at the same time analyses and researches full scale quality of aseismatic reinforced bar in Anyang Steel.
