微波促进下2-氨基苯并噁唑的绿色合成

【摘要】 研究了微波促进下异硫氰酸酯和2-氨基苯酚在水介质中的串联反应,通过这一反应合成了一系列2-氨基苯并噁唑类化合物.这一新的合成方法具有操作简便、反应条件温和、速度快、产率高、溶剂和催化剂对环境友好等特点.

【Abstract】 The tandem reaction of isothiocyanates with 2-aminophenols under microwave irradiation were studied by using water as the reaction medium.Through this reaction,a series of 2-aminobenzoxazoles were obtained in high efficiency under mild conditions.The advantages of this novel method include easy operation,mild conditions,and environmental benigncy.
