【摘要】 目的探讨阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀对脑梗死患者血清MDA、SOD的影响。方法将收治的90例急性脑梗死病人随机分为3组,即对照组、阿托伐他汀组和辛伐他汀组,每组30例。于治疗前和治疗后30d后分别测定血清MDA、SOD的变化,并进行神经功能缺损评分判断疗效。结果 3组治疗前血清MDA、SOD浓度及NIHSS评分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗30d后,与对照组相比,辛伐他汀、阿托伐他汀组外周血SOD浓度均明显升高,MDA浓度均显著降低,NIHSS评分明显改善(均P<0.05),但辛伐他汀、阿托伐他汀2组相比,血清MDA、SOD浓度及NIHSS评分之间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论辛伐他汀、阿托伐他汀均能提高脑梗死后外周血SOD浓度,降低MDA浓度,抵抗脑梗死后自由基损伤,改善神经功能缺损程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of atorvastatin and simvastatin on the serum MDA,SOD in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 90 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into three groups,control group,atorvastatin group and simvastatin group(n=30).The levels of MDA,SOD in serum were measured before and 30 d after therapy,and the therapeutic effect was observed by standard scale of clinical neurological deficit.Results There were no differeces on the serum concentrations of MDA,SOD and NIHSS score among three groups in the pre-treatment.In the 30 days after treatment,compared with the control group,the serum concentrations of SOD were increased significantly in simvastatin group and atorvastatin group,while the levels of MDA were decreased significantly,and the neurological function was improved(all P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between simvastatin group and atorvastatin group(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin and simvastatin can increase the serum concentration of SOD and decrease the concentration of MDA in patients with cerebral infarction,and can protect neural function by enhancing clearance of free radical.更多还原
