一个拮抗灰葡萄孢菌的AMP核苷酶基因的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics analysis on one Botrytis cinerea-resisted AMP nucleosidase gene
【摘要】 运用生物信息学工具和软件对一个从土壤宏基因组文库中获得的AMP核苷酶基因进行初步预测和分析,该基因的最大开放阅读框为612 bp,编码203个氨基酸,预测的蛋白质分子量为22.186 7 kDa,是一个小分子量疏水性脂溶蛋白,含有5个蛋白激酶C磷酸化位点,1个酪蛋白激酶磷酸化位点,3个N-豆蔻酰化位点,这些位点均与细胞内信号传导、蛋白定位以及黏附等过程有关,推测该基因可能在拮抗灰葡萄孢菌过程的信号转导和分子识别中发挥重要作用。
【Abstract】 The gene coding AMP nucleosidase is acquired from soil metagenomic library and its genetic information is analyzed by bioinformatics techniques.Sequence analysis shows that the DNA is 1 033 bp long with 1 biggest open reading frame(612 bp) coding 203 amino acids.The coding protein is a hydrophobic low-molecular-weight fat soluble stable protein,including 5 protein kinase C phosphorylation sites,1 casein kinase II phosphorylation site and 3 N-myristoylation sites.These sites are related to cell signaling,protein localization and adherence in cell.Thus,we propose that in the process of resisting Botrytis cinerea the AMP nucleosidase gene may play an important role in cell signaling and molecular recognition.
