【摘要】 目的调查"十一五"期间国内护理学科学术研究队伍的现状。方法利用综合指数法确定出学科核心著者群体,从文献计量学角度,对其年龄结构、机构分布、地域分布、高被引文献主题及其研究内容进行统计分析。结果 "十一五"期间护理学科核心著者群体以40～59岁年龄段的研究人员最多;理论型著者18名,应用型著者27名;75.56%的核心著者分布在北京市、上海市、广东省;73.24%的高被引文献主题分布在护理管理、临床护理、护理教育领域。结论应注重改善护理学科学术研究队伍的年龄结构,优化学科研究资源的配置,提高应用型研究的比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of academic research team of domestic nursing discipline during the Eleventh Five-Year.Methods Subject core author groups were identified by using comprehensive index method.The age structure,institution distribution,regional distribution,high cited literature themes and research content were analyzed from the perspective of literature metrology.Results The prevalent age of core author groups was ranged from 40 to 59.There were 18 theoretical authors,and 27 applied authors.About 75.56% core authors distributed in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong province,and 73.24% cited literature subject distributed in the field of nursing management,clinical nursing and nursing education.Conclusion The age structure of academic research team should be improved,and resource allocation of subject research should be optimized,so as to improve the proportion of applied research.更多还原
