【摘要】 目的:分析急性有机磷农药中毒停药前阿托品对症作用最佳,毒副作用最小的剂量。方法:出院后随访3月回顾性比较分析急性有机磷农药中毒患者停止治疗前阿托品使用剂量,>1 mg(大剂量组)68例、1 mg(中剂量组)75例、0.5 mg(小剂量组)115例。结果:1 mg(中剂量组)效果最佳。结论:急性有机磷农药中毒停药前阿托品最佳剂量为1 mg时,出院后短期记忆功能不全发生少,临床易于观察,少见心率下降,减少医护人员工作量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning atropine symptomatic withdrawal best effect,toxic and side effects of the minimum dose.Methods:A follow-up March retrospective comparative analysis of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients before treatment atropine dosage,> 1 mg(high dose group) 68 cases,1 mg(middle dose group) 75 cases,0.5 mg(low dose group) 115 cases.Results:1 mg(middle dose group) the best effect.Conclusions:The acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning atropine optimal stopping when the dose was 1 mg,after short-term memory dysfunction,clinical observation is easy,unusual decrease in heart rate,reduce the workload of medical personnel.更多还原
