【摘要】 目的:探讨微创颅内血肿粉碎清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法:使用北京万特福公司生产YL-I型一次性穿刺针,对209例高血压脑出血患者微创血肿粉碎清除术或侧脑室外引流术治疗,并进行随访研究。结果:微创治疗高血压性脑出血效果好,预后与出血量多少、手术时机、是否进行性出血及是否有其他脏器疾病有关。全部患者中良好率为81.3%,死亡率为8.6%。结论:微创颅内血肿清除术创伤小、并发症少、明显降低死亡率及致残率、疗效确切,取得良好社会效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe the clinical effect of mini-invasive evacuation of hematoma on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods: 209 cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhag were treated with mini-invasive evacuation of hematoma or ateral ventricular exporting by means of YL-I Puncture Needle for Single Use,and all cases were followed up.Results: The effect of mini-invasive evacuation of hematoma on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage are good,and prognosis and amount of hemorrhage,the chance for opration,progressive hemorrhage or not relates to the other organs’ diseases.The benign rate of all patients was 81.3% and the death rate was 8.6%.Conclusions: Mini-invasive evacuation of intracraninal hematoma has been getting fine social effects for its slight traumatism,less complications,lessing mortality disablity and obvious curative effect.更多还原
