【摘要】 目的:比较不同类型体质人群高尿酸血症的发病率的差异并探讨中医"治未病"思想应用于防治高尿酸血症中的可行性及临床价值。方法:选取2012-04～2013-01本院体检科进行健康体检中发现的高尿酸血症患者1 000例,对其进行中医体质类型辨识,分析不同性别、年龄和出生地人群出现原发性高尿酸血症的主要中医证候类型,并探讨中医"治未病"思想应用于防治高尿酸血症中的可行性及临床价值。结果:原发性高尿酸血症患者中男性比例大于女性;在年龄段的分布上,随着年龄的不断增加,原发性高尿酸血症的发病率也显著增加,在中医证候方面以气虚血瘀证候为主,不同出生地的人群原发性高尿酸血症未见显著差异(P>0.05)。中医"治未病"思想应用于防治高尿酸血症具有极大的可行性及广阔的临床前景。结论:对于无明显症状的高尿酸血症患者进行正确的中医体质类型辨识后,中医"治未病"思想应用于防治高尿酸血症具有极大的可行性及广阔的临床前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare differences of different types of people’s morbidity of hyperuricemia,and to discuss traditional Chinese medical science "preventive treatment of disease" idea’s clinical value and feasibility in preventive treatment of hyperuricemia.Methods:Chose 1000 cases of these hyperuricemia patients who have had physical examination at our hospital from April 2012 to January 2013,identified their constitution types,analyzed different types of patients’(gender,age and birthplace) main symptoms of primary hyperuricemia,and discuss traditional Chinese medical science "preventive treatment of disease" idea’s clinical value and feasibility in preventive treatment of hyperuricemia.Results:Among these primary hyperuricemia,the percentage of male was greater than female;Along with constant increasing of ages,morbidity of primary hyperuricemia increased significantly,in the aspect of traditional Chinese medical science syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis was the majority,there were no obvious difference between these primary hyperuricemia patients whose birthplaces were different(P>0.05).Traditional Chinese medical science "preventive treatment of disease" idea has great feasibility and wide clinical prospects in preventive treatment of hyperuricemia.Conclusions:After identifying different hyperuricemia patients’ constitution types(who have no obvious symptoms),traditional Chinese medical science "preventive treatment of disease" idea has great feasibility and wide clinical prospects in preventive treatment of hyperuricemia.更多还原
