聚酰亚胺/纳米硼酸铅复合薄膜制备及表征
Preparation and characterization of polyimide/nano-Pb(BO2)2 film
【摘要】 将经偶联剂处理的纳米硼酸铅粉体,借助超声波均匀分散于聚酰胺酸溶液中,制备出不同含量的纳米硼酸铅/PI复合薄膜,测试了复合薄膜的热稳定性,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察纳米颗粒在薄膜中的分散性。结果表明:纳米硼酸铝/PI复合薄膜的热稳定性高于纯PI薄膜,纳米硼酸铅均匀分散在PI基体中,表观粒径约为60 nm。
【Abstract】 To prepare PI/nano Pb(BO2)2 hybrid films with different Pb(BO2)2 contents,the nano Pb(BO2)2 treated by coupling agent was dispersed uniformly in polyamic acid by ultrasonic wave.The thermal stability were tested,and the dispersity of the nano Pb(BO2)2 was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicated that the thermal stability of PI/ nano Pb(BO2)2 hybrid films was higher than those of pure PI film,and the nano Pb(BO2)2 particles were dispersed homogeneously in PI matrix with particle size enwraped in 60 nm.
