燃煤电厂废水零排放系统开发与工程应用

【摘要】 文章系统分析了燃煤电厂水源水质、废水种类、废水产生量与电厂各系统水耗情况,提出了实现全厂废水零排放的系统策略。以河源电厂为例,设计并实现了燃煤电厂真正的废水零排放系统;分析了循环冷却水系统10倍以上的高浓缩倍率应用技术与"二级预处理+蒸发结晶"末端废水处理工艺,实现了废水污泥与结晶盐资源化综合利用。研究结果对燃煤电厂废水零排放系统的开发研究、电厂废水处理、水资源利用与固体废物综合利用等有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The statistical analysis of water source,wastewater sorts,wastewater quantity and water consumption in a coal-fired power plant was done,and the system strategy to achieve zero wastewater discharge was proposed.Taking Heyuan power plant as an example,a typical zero wastewater discharge system for coal-fired power plant was established.The operation technology of a recycle cooling system with a high concentration ratio of 10times more was developed,and the treatment process for high concentration end wastewater was developed in which two levels of pretreatment are combined with evaporation and crystallization,thus achieving the comprehensive utilization of wastewater sludge and crystallization salt successfully without secondary pollution.The study is valuable for the development and application of zero wastewater discharge system of coal-fired power plant,wastewater treatment,water resource utility,comprehensive utilization of solid waste and so on.
