青山湖夏季浮游植物群落结构及水质评价

【摘要】 2013年7月份对黄石青山湖的浮游植物群落结构和水质状况进行了调查.共鉴定浮游植物90种,隶属7个门51个属,其中以绿藻门种类最多,有21属36种,占浮游植物种类总数的40%;蓝藻门种类数次之,有12属23种,占浮游植物种类总数的25.56%;硅藻门有8属14种,占浮游植物种类总数的15.56%;裸藻门5属9种,隐藻门有2属5种,黄藻门2属2种,甲藻门1属1种;浮游植物平均密度约为67.450×106个/L,以隐藻门数量最多,平均密度约为28.396×106个/L,占水体中浮游植物整体平均密度的42.10%,说明青山湖夏季浮游植物以隐藻为优势类群.基于浮游植物密度、优势种、污染指示种、Margalef多样性指数和国家地表水环境质量标准(GB 3832-2002)综合评价,青山湖水体污染严重,呈富营养状态.

【Abstract】 The community structure of phytoplankton and water quality in Lake Qingshan in Huangshi City were investigated in July,2013. 90 species of phytoplankton belonging to 51 genera 7 phyla were identified,of which the most abundant was Chlorophyta,with 36 species of 21 genera,accounting for 40% of the total species; followed successively by Cyanophyta,with 23 species of 12 genera,taking up 25. 56% of the whole species; Bacillariophyta,with 14 species of 8 genera,taking up 15. 56% of the whole species; Euglenophyta with 9 species of 5 genera; Cryptophyta,with 5 species of 2 genera; Xanthophyta with 2 species of 2 genera and Pyrrophyta with 1species of 1 genera. The average density of the phytoplankton was about 67. 450 × 106cell / L,among which was the richest phyla,Cryptophyt,with a density of approximately 28. 396 × 106cells / L,accounting for 42. 10% of the total density of the phytoplankton,which demonstrating that this phyla was the dominant group of the phytoplankton in summer in Lake Qingshan. Based on a comprehensive assessment concerning phytoplankton density,dominant species,pollution indicating species, Margalef diversity index and the Environmental quality standards for surface water( GB 3832-2002),Lake Qingshan was highly contaminated,belonging to high eutrophic state.
