【Abstract】 With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China,the main theme of the economic social development is "to stimulate development,ensure employment,and promote harmony".The current legislature practice is to demolish the buildings in the scope of town planning and levy the rural collective land to achieve policy goal of redistribute the land resource.Making full use of approaches of current policies and legal system is very necessary for social justice,in which the construction and perfection of the levied person’s protection mechanism is of great institutional value.更多还原
