【摘要】 通过引入"行为指针",建立一套针对电网调度的专业能力建模方法论。该方法为基于所给定的业务背景下的静态研究方法,而作为支撑企业业务发展的管理工具,能力模型本身也应该根据企业业务的发展动态地更新和维护。

【Abstract】 Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai 200020,China) Abstract: The article discusses how to use "Behavioral Indicators" to set up the Professional Competency Model focused on positions of Power Grid′s Dispatching Center.The methodology is a static approach under the given business context while all kinds of Competency Model should be managed and maintained dynamically according to the business changes.
