三组分复合防伪纤维组件设计研究

【摘要】 以常规涤纶的生产工艺参数为依据,根据组件设计原则及分配板的压力损失公式,计算出孔径及长度、压力降等相关数据,设计了生产防伪纤维的三组分复合纺丝组件,并纺丝制得了三组分复合防伪纤维。结果表明:在聚酯切片中,按聚酯切片/色母粒质量比为100/3的比例添加红色和蓝色母粒,在设计的三组分复合组件中纺丝,制得的三组分复合防伪纤维截面和颜色效果较好,可起到防伪作用。

【Abstract】 A spinneret pack for the three components of an anti-counterfeiting composite fiber was designed by calculating the spinneret hole diameter and length and pressure drop according to spinneret pack design principles and pressure loss equation of distributing plates based on the process parameters for traditional polyester fibers.The anti-counterfeiting three-component composite fiber was prepared with the spinneret pack.The results showed that the anti-counterfeiting three-component composite fiber can be produced with the designed spinneret pack from the polyester chips containing red and blue masterbatches at the mass ratio of polyester chip and masterbatch 1003;the obtained fiber was good in cross section shape and color and possessed anti-counterfeiting function.
