【Abstract】 The contract ethics is an important form of applied ethics of the ecological civilization and entity ethical rules "phenomenon". Contract ethics idea includes rationality, equity and freedom. The rationality expands ethical reflection of "natural state", choose contract to avoid "wolf-wolf state", and move towards to the way of "peace" and kind. The equity requires contract system to set the reciprocity of rights and obligations and determine the subjective and objective standard of equity, it is the "hope" and "pursuit of the experience world. The freedom manifests the self dominance of contract behavior,takes "person" as the purpose, and belongs to the "relative freedom". Contract ethics idea can guide the practice of contract and make the behavior main body stick to the moral shining path in the "contract life", and promote the harmonious development of society and the realization of Chinese ethics dream.更多还原
