【摘要】 目的:系统评价艾曲波帕(Eltrombopag)治疗免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的安全性与有效性。方法:通过电子检索PubMed,万方数据库,VIP,CNKI,中国生物文献数据库,纳入Eltrombopag治疗ITP的所有随机对照试验,逐个进行质量评价和资料提取,并进行Meta分析。结果:符合纳入标准的文章4篇,4个试验包括451例患者符合纳入标准进入本系统评价。Meta分析结果显示,Eltrombopag的有效率优于安慰剂组[RR=3.47,95%CI(2.45,4.91)];Eltrombopag组和安慰剂组不良反应发生率无统计学意义[RR=1.16,95%CI(0.78,1.73)],Eltrombopag组出血事件发生率明显低于安慰剂组[RR=0.82,95%CI(0.73,0.92)]。结论:Eltrombopag对ITP具有较好的疗效和安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 were read,four trials which included 451 patients met the inclusion criteria.The result of meta-analysis showed the total effective rate in placebo group was worse than in Eltrombopag group(RR=3.47,95%CI[2.45,4.91]).Adverse events rates of the two groups were similar(RR=1.16,95%CI[0.78,1.73]].Compared with placebo,Eltrombopag decreased the risk of bleeding(RR=0.82,95%CI[0.73,0.92].Conclusion:On the aspect of treating ITP,Eltrombopag is more effective and safe than placebo.更多还原
