【Abstract】 The popularity of the theory of the socialist market economy and the deepening of reform practice is changing our society and people’s lives. The concept of happiness and "China dream",as the most direct expression of the impact of market economy reform on social public,has become a hot topic. It is popularly reflects public interests and value aspirations. "China dream" is highly consistent with the purpose and direction of the reform of our country,but also reflects utilitarian tendency of the market economy reform.
