吉林西部罗布麻茎和叶中黄酮含量分析

【摘要】 利用分光光度法测定不同栽培年限、不同采摘时间、野生及栽培种罗布麻(Apocynum venetum L.)茎和叶中的总黄酮含量,建立了芦丁浓度-吸光度关系的回归方程为C=0.044 9 A510 nm+0.044 8,r=0.956 0。结果表明,在同一年内以9月的茎和叶中总黄酮含量最高;不同栽培年限的罗布麻茎和叶总黄酮含量也以9月最高;人工栽培罗布麻茎和叶中总黄酮含量较野生种高。在其他条件相同时,叶中的总黄酮含量高于茎中的。

【Abstract】 The flavonoid contents in stems and leaves of Apocynum venetum L. in different years of cultivation, or different picking time in the same year, or wild and cultivated were determined by spectrophotometric method. The regression equation between rutin concentration and absorbance was established for C =0.044 9 A510 nm +0.0448,r=0.956 0. Results showed that the flavonoid contents in stems and leaves of Apocynum venetum L. was the highest in September at the same year, the same as different years of cultivation. The flavonoid contents in stems and leaves of cultivated Apocynum venetum L. was higher than that of the wild Apocynum venetum L.. When the other conditions were same, the total flavonoid content in the leaves was higher than that of stems.
