【摘要】 无菌采集确诊为蓝耳病的病猪肺脏、脾脏、全身淋巴结等病料制作同源组织灭活苗。选取体重相近、有猪蓝耳病临床表现的发病仔猪120头,随机分成4组(3个试验组和1个对照组),试验Ⅰ组:同源组织灭活苗+黄芪多糖注射液;试验Ⅱ组:猪多价免疫球蛋白注射液+黄芪多糖注射液;试验Ⅲ组:黄芪多糖注射液;对照组:不作治疗处理。每组30头。每天用药1次,连用3 d,在相同条件下进行饲养管理。结果表明,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和对照组的成活率分别为90.0%、80.0%、43.3%和10.0%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Homologous inactivate vaccine was made from the lung,spleen and lymph nodes tissues which was sterilely collected from the ill porcine diagnosed of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.120 diseased piglets were randomly divided into four groups,including a control group and three treatment group which was injected three times a day for 3 days with inactivated vaccine matching astragalus polysaccharide,porcine multivalent immuloglobulin matching astragalus polysaccharide and single astragalus polysaccharide,respectively,under same feeding condition.The results showed that the rate of curing about the control group and three treatment groups was 90.0%,80.0%,43.3% and 10.0%,respectively.更多还原
