【摘要】 采取流行病学调查、临床症状检查、病理剖检、抗体快速检测等方法对发病猪进行诊断,选取体重10～15 kg并确诊为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征与猪圆环病毒病混合感染的90头发病猪随机分为3组,每组30头进行治疗。第一组使用自家苗、乳酸环丙沙星注射液和黄芪多糖注射液进行治疗;第二组使用抗猪多价免疫球蛋白、乳酸环丙沙星注射液、黄芪多糖注射液和硫酸卡那霉素注射液进行治疗;第三组不使用任何药物。经过3～5 d的治疗后,3组的治愈率分别为96.7%、86.7%和13.3%,确定第一组治疗方案对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒与猪圆环病毒混合感染治疗效果较为理想,从而为临床应用提供了科学的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The infected pigs were diagnosed by epidemiology investigation,clinical symptoms,pathological autopsy and antibody rapid detection methods,and 90 PRRSV and PCV2 mixed infected pigs weighted 10~15 kg were divided into three groups randomly,30 pigs per group were treated.The first group used autogenous bacterin,ciprofloxacin lactate injection and astragalus polysaccharides injection for treatment;the second group used anti-swine polyvalent immunoglobulin,ciprofloxacin lactate injection,astragalus polysaccharides injection and kanamycin sulfate injection for treatment;the third group did not use drugs.After 3～5 days treatment,the cure rates of the three groups were 96.7%,86.7% and 13.3% respectively,the first group of treatment on mixed infection of PRRSV and PCV2 was better,and might provide clinical application with the scientific method.更多还原
