【Abstract】 In order to completely solve the employment problem of migrant workers,this article explains and evaluates the phenomenon that the seemingly opposite"labor shortage"and"unemployment"exist at the same time in migrant workers employment market.Through probing into the causes of this phenomenon,it comes to the conclusion that such phenomenon and its sustainment are not only directly related to the Chinese traditional customs,but also to the deep influence of disappear of demographic dividend and agricultural attraction rebounded.The paradox’s objective reasons are the change of labor demand by enterprise,imbalance of personnel training and unsound labor market.Its subjective reason is migrant workers’quality does not adapt itself to the market demand.The phenomenon is the results of multiple factors interact.更多还原
