【摘要】 通过表面涂布的方式将AZO(掺铝氧化锌)型纳米导电粉应用于静电复印纸中,探究其对纸页导电性能的影响.结果表明:单独使用AZO型纳米导电粉在改善纸页导电性能方面明显优于常用的NaCl和CaCl2;当组合使用时,添加量NaCl在0.3‰(以绝干纸页为基准)、CaCl2在0.1‰和AZO在0.1‰时对纸页导电性能提升最为突出,纸样的电阻由原来的1 120kΩ降低到450kΩ以下.更多还原

【Abstract】 Through surface sizing,AZO(aluminum doped zinc oxide)type conductive powder was used in electrostatic copy paper,aiming at finding its effect on paper conductive performance.The results show that when used alone,AZO type conductive powder in improving the paper conductive performance is superior to the commonly used reagents of NaCl and CaCl2;when adding NaCl at the dosage of 0.3‰(relative to o.d.p of the paper sheet)、CaCl2 at the dosage of 0.1‰ and AZO at the dosage of 0.1‰ together,the sheet conductive performance improvement is the best,and the resistance of sheet decreases from 1120KΩto 450KΩ.更多还原
