TiO2/石墨烯复合材料的合成及其光催化性能
Preparation and photocatalytic activity of TiO2/graphene composites
【摘要】 以氧化石墨(GO)和钛酸丁酯为原料,利用水热法制备了TiO2/石墨烯复合材料,研究了氧化石墨用量对TiO2/石墨烯复合材料光催化性能的影响.采用XRD、SEM和氮气吸附-脱附实验(BET)对复合光催化材料的晶相结构、形貌和比表面积进行了表征.复合材料中的TiO2为锐钛矿晶型,其平均粒径约为12nm,复合材料的比表面积为57.8m2/g.光催化实验表明,以氧化石墨用量为2mg所制得的TiO2/石墨烯催化效果最好,在紫外光(365nm)照射下降解有机染料亚甲基蓝(MB)反应中,其催化活性高于相同条件下制备的TiO2的活性.
【Abstract】 TiO2 /graphene composites was synthesized by hydrothermol method using graphene oxide(GO)and tetrabutyl titanate.Influence of dosage of GO on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2/graphene was studied.Crystal structure,particle size,morphology and specific surface area of TiO2/graphene were characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD),scanning electronmicroscopy(SEM),and Brumauer-Em- mett-Tller(BET)analysis.The results showed that TiO2 in composites was anatase and average diameter was about 12nm.Specific surface area of the TiO2 /graphene was 57.8m2/g.In UV-light degradation of methylene blue(MB),the catalytic activity of TiO2/grapheme prepared with 2mg dose GO was better than that of TiO2 obtained under the same conditions.
