【摘要】 目的测定参松养心胶囊中二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法采用Hypersil-C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱;甲醇-0.5%甲酸(80∶20,v/v)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1;紫外检测波长为270nm;柱温35℃。结果二氢丹参酮Ⅰ在线性范围0.0145～1.45μg·mL-1(r=0.9998)、隐丹参酮在线性范围0.0356～3.56μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)、丹参酮Ⅰ在线性范围0.0223～2.23μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)及丹参酮ⅡA在线性范围0.0724～7.24μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)都具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.40%、99.54%、98.57%和98.46%,4种化合物的日内精密度RSD分别为1.24%、0.67%、1.45%和1.13%。结论所建立的含量测定方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,可用于参松养心胶囊中丹参酮成分的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To estabilish an HPLC method for quantitative determining of dihydrotanshinoneⅠ,cryptotanshinone,tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Shensongyangxin capsules.METHODS Separation was accomplished on the Hypersil-C 18 column(5μm,4.6mm × 250mm),with methanol-0.5% formic acid(80∶ 20,v / v) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1and the detection wavelength was set at 270nm.The column temperature was at 35℃.RESULTS The method had good linearity 0.0145 ～ 1.45μg·mL-1for dihydrotanshinoneⅠ(r = 0.9998),0.0356 ～ 3.56μg·mL-1for cryptotanshinone(r = 0.9999),0.0223 ～ 2.23μg·mL-1for tanshinone Ⅰ(r = 0.9997) and 0.0724 ～ 7.24μg·mL-1for tanshinone Ⅱ A(r = 0.9999).The average recovery rate was 98.40%,99.54%,98.57%,98.46% and the intra-day precision RSDs was 1.24% 、0.67% 、1.45% and 1.13% respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and can be used for content determination of Tanshinones in Shensongyangxin capsules.更多还原
