不饱和聚酯/纳米SiO2胶衣树脂的制备及性能研究
Research on Synthesis and Properties of Unsaturated Polyester/Nano-SiO2 Gel Coat Resin
【摘要】 采用不同类型的纳米级SiO2,在不同的生产工艺下制备不饱和聚酯(UP)/纳米SiO2胶衣树脂并分析其作用机理。结果表明,纳米SiO2可有效改善复合材料的力学性能,提高了材料拉伸强度、冲击强度。同时,纳米SiO2还具有紫外屏蔽作用,可起到了抗老化的目的。采用纳米SiO2作为不饱和聚酯增强组份,能得到综合性能良好的胶衣树脂。
【Abstract】 Using the different types of nano- SiO2,the unsaturated polyester( UP) /nano- SiO2 gel coat resin was prepared under the different technique of production and its action mechanism was analyzed. The result indicated the nano- SiO2 may improve of the mechanical properties of the compound materials,enhance the material longitudinal strength and the shock strength effectively. At the same time,nano- SiO2 also had the ultraviolet shielding effect and might have the ageing resistance. Using nano- SiO2 as the component of the unsaturated polyester enhancement,it can obtain the overall performance good gel coat resin.
