物化-生化组合工艺处理钢铁废水
Treatment of Wastewater from Iron and Steel Production by Physicochemical-biological Combined Process
【摘要】 利用高效澄清池-曝气生物滤池-V型滤池-消毒工艺处理钢铁废水,处理规模为105000 m3/d。运行实践表明:出水COD低于50 mg/L,总硬度低于180 mg/L,总碱度低于150 mg/L,出水水质达到《污水再生利用工程设计规范》(GB/T 50335-2002)的要求,工程经济效益明显。
【Abstract】 High-rate Clarifier/Biological Aerated Filter/V-type Filter/Disinfection process was used to treat wastewater from iron and steel production. The design treatment capacity was 105000 m3/d. The operation results showed that the concentration of chemical oxygen demand(COD),total hardness and total alkalinity in effluent were less than50 mg·L-1,180 mg·L-1 and 150 mg·L-1,and the effluent quality reached the requirements of code for design of wastewater reclamation and reuse(GB/T 50335-2002). The economic benefit of the project was obvious.
