【摘要】 介绍了米诺膦酸配体的合成方法及水热法合成Cd(Ⅱ)—米诺膦酸配合物单晶的实验方法与表征手段。该实验涵盖了有机环化反应和Arbuzov反应等多种反应类型,并运用单晶衍射和波谱学技术对化合物进行表征,反映了科研型综合开放实验在教学中的成果,学科覆盖面广,可操作性强,实验效果好,有利于培养学生的综合实践能力和创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method for synthesis of minodronic acid and the hydrothermal and experimental preparation means of Cd(Ⅱ) compound was introduced based on minodronic acid.This experiment included many types of reactions,i.e.organic cyclization reaction and Arbuzov reaction,and characterized by single crystal diffraction and spectroscopy.This experiment reflected the teaching achievements in comprehensively opening experiment from scientific research.This project included many subjects and can be operated easily with a strong effect and a profit for the training of students on the practical and creative abilities.更多还原
