双脉冲固体发动机铝膜隔板设计和试验研究
Design and experimental study on aluminum clapboard of dual-pulse solid motor
【摘要】 提出了带有刻痕的铝膜隔板及其组件的设计方法,对铝膜隔板结构进行设计数值分析和试验研究。对不同厚度和刻痕深度的铝膜隔板进行了耐压和破裂试验,并对试验结果进行了分析。研究表明,带有支架的铝膜隔板具有第一脉冲耐压,第二脉冲破裂的特性,能满足脉冲发动机隔板的要求。隔板的刻痕中心处为应变最大区域,二脉冲时铝膜隔板从中间薄弱处破裂爆开,满足定向破裂的要求。数值计算和试验都表明,刻痕处的隔板厚度一定时,二脉冲破裂压强随着隔板厚度增加而增加,而刻痕处的隔板厚度对二脉冲破裂压强大小起着决定性的作用。
【Abstract】 Design methods for aluminum clapboard with nicks and their assemblies were put forward.Numerical analysis for design and experimental study were performed.Pressure and breaking experiments of the aluminum clapboards with different thicknesses and nicks depths were carried out,and the experimental results were analyzed.The results show that the aluminum clapboard with supporter is of high endurance under the pressure in No.1pulse,while rupture under the pressure in another pulse,which meets the requirements of pulse motor clapboard.The center of the clapboard,also is the crossover of nicks,belongs to the largest strain zone.Clapboards can burst from the weakness in the center,which fulfill the requirement of directional crack.Numerical calculations and experimental results both show that the broken pressure increase with the increment of clapboards’ thickness,while the thicknesses of clapboards in nicks’ zone play a key role in deciding broken pressure in No.2 pulse.
