【摘要】 目的:建立展筋酊中大黄素,大黄酚的RP-HPLC测定方法。方法:Symmetry C18色谱柱(5.0μm),甲醇∶0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相,流速:0.8 mL/min;柱温:20℃,检测波长:423 nm。结果:大黄素、大黄酚在10.0～30.0μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线形关系(r=0.999 9,0.999 7);平均回收率分别为101.35%和98.25%(RSD=2.26%,1.17%)。结论:本方法快速、灵敏、专属性强,可用于展筋酊的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in ZhanJing tincture.Method: Symmetry C18chromatographic column(5.0 μm) was adopted,methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(85:1 5)as the mobile phase,flow rate was 0.8 ml.min-1;the column temperature was 20℃,the detection wavelength was 423nm.Result: Emodin and chrysophanol showed better linear relationship in the concentration range of 10.0 to 30.0 μg/mL and peak area(r=0.999 9,0.999 7);average recovery rates were 101.35% and 98.25% respectively(RSD=2.26%,1.17%).Conclusion: The method,rapid,sensitive and specific,could be used for the content determination of ZhanJing tincture.更多还原
