基于虚拟仪器的PCB线路检测
Detection of PCB Circuits Based on Virtual Instruments
【摘要】 运用虚拟测试技术,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,设计了PCB板线路检测系统.对采集到的图像进行预处理,用最大类间方差法对图像进行阈值分割,用形态学开运算滤除毛刺.根据线路缺陷的特征,提出了一种利用缺陷图像和参考模板相减后,连通域个数变化的方法来判断缺陷.实验结果表明,该检测系统具有易于实现,无损等优点,能够较好的识别线路板断路、短路、缺损和毛刺4种主要缺陷.
【Abstract】 Based on the virtual testing technology,the PCB detection system was designed,and the program modules,such as Image Pre-processing,Threshold Segmentation,Morphological Filtering,Defect Detecting Algorithm,were written by using LabVIEW language.According to the defective characteristics of the circuits on a PCB,apractical method of identifying detects by the number of connected regions was devised.The results show that the detection system,which can accurately detect defects of PCB circuits,is easy to handle and non-destructive from testing and has an extensive application prospect.
