【摘要】 目的建立十味扶正片中芍药苷含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法对方中芍药苷含量进行测定。结果芍药苷对照品进样量在0.136μg～0.789μg范围内线性关系良好。方法的平均回收率为96.40%(n=6),RSD=1.38%。结论本法快速,准确,方法稳定性、重现性好。可以用于控制十味扶正片中芍药苷的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for determination of paeoniflorin in Shiwei Fuzheng Tablets. Methods HPLC was used to determinate paeoniflorin content in Shiwei Fuzheng Tablets. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.136μg～0.789μg. The average recovery was 96. 40% and RSD was 1. 38% . Conclusion The method was simple,rapid and accurate. It was suitable for the detection of paeoniflorin in Shiwei Fuzheng Tablets.更多还原
