换热床受热面传热计算研究
Investigation on the Heat Transfer Model of the External Heat Exchanger of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers
【摘要】 流化床换热器是大型循环流化床锅炉的重要部件。基于实验数据和机理分析建立了考虑运行参数和结构尺寸的循环流化床锅炉外置式换热器的换热模型,并确定了模型参数。利用该模型,对实际运行的300MW循环流化床锅炉外置换热床受热面的传热进行了预测分析,并与其实际运行结果进行比较,预测结果与实际运行结果的相对误差在7%之内,表明建立的计算模型是可靠的。
【Abstract】 The external heat exchanger is one of the important parts of large circulating fluidized bed boiler.Based on the experimental results and theoretical analysis,a heat transfer model for the external heat exchanger is suggested considering the operation parameters and immersed tube dimension.And the model parameters are also provided.With the suggested model,the heat transfer of the external heat exchangers in a 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler was predicted,which was compared with operation date.The prediction agrees well with the practical one with the error of less than 7%.This indicates that the model suggested in this paper is available and reliable.
