【摘要】 集成创新是将各种创新要素进行创造性的融合,各要素之间互相匹配、有机联系的非线性协同系统。集成创新中各种要素集成所产生的效果远远超过单项技术创新的绩效,探究不同企业集成创新模式,总结、提炼其形成规律,对中国企业提升自主创新能力具有重要意义。本文运用多案例研究方法,选取深圳金蝶中间件公司以及华为技术有限公司为研究对象,通过分析二者的集成创新行为,提炼出金蝶式技术集成推动型和华为式技术-市场-战略集成主导型集成创新模式,并得出结论:集成创新是中国科技企业实现跨越发展的有效途径,在集成创新过程中,技术集成是基础,战略集成、知识集成是保证,而组织集成则是关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Integrated innovation is a kind of nonlinear collaborative system that combines innovative elements creatively so that the elements match each other and are organically linked in this system. The performance of the integrated elements in an integrated innovation system is far more effective than that of individual technical innovation. So it is of great significance to explore and summarize the different models and formation laws of integrated innovation for Chinese enterprises to improve the capability of independent innovation. This paper conducts a multi-case comparative study of Shenzhen Kingdee Middleware Company Ltd. and Huawei Technology Co. , Ltd.. Based on analysis of the integrated innovation of the two companies, it summarizes the technology integrated promotion pattern of Kingdee and the "technology-market-strategy" integrated innovation pattern of Huawei. It draws the conclusion that integrated innovation is an effective way for technology enterprises to achieve leapfrog development; technology integration is the basis of the integrated innovation, strategic integration and knowledge integration ensure integrated innovation, and organizational integration is the key to innovation.更多还原
