【Abstract】 The evolution of global value chains has amplified and accelerated the global spillover of business cyclical shocks.The policy implications of global value chain include:active participation in global value chain,creation of favourable and efficient business environment by governments,multilateral tariff cuts,neutral trade policies,reduction of trade barriers,guarantee by involved governments for the long-run supportive role of multilateral investment regime in economic growth,and strengthened services for international investors that have made initial investment.The fundamental unit identified in accounting trade in value added is the national value chain which is composed of lots of institutional units.However,several strong hypotheses on data collection,compilation and real story on processing trade when employing input-output table may result in some bias of trade in value added measurement.更多还原
