【摘要】 温州生态园的发展面临资金匮乏、生态保护成效不明显、旅游产业结构水平低等问题,究其原因主要有采取分散滚动式的开发模式不利于资金的集中利用;采取单一的景观结构优化投入,忽视资源的利用和产出;孤立发展脱离城市。基于生态保护的前提,从生态优先、产业循环和城园一体化等方面构建保护性开发策略,以探索出温州生态园未来保护与利用相平衡、互动、双赢的科学发展道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wenzhou ecological garden are facing the problems such as the lacking of funding, the not obvious of ecological protection, and the low level of tourism industry structure. The reason including that disperse develop mode is bad for the fund focus utilization, the single landscape structure ignore the utilization of resources, and leave the city. Base on the protect environment, Wenzhou ecological garden puts forward the strategies about ecology first, business cycle, and integration of city and garden, researches a way of balanced the environment and development.更多还原
