注水延迟时间对水辅共注成型充填的影响
Influence of Water Injection Delay Time on Water-Assisted Co-Injection Molding Filling Process
【摘要】 基于流体力学三大控制方程和幂律粘性本构,针对水辅共注充填过程的特点,经合理假设与简化,建立了二维、瞬态、纯黏性、非等温的理论模型以及水辅共注填充过程中熔体相和水相的数学模型。采用有限体积法对整个水辅共注成型的填充过程进行模拟,研究注水延迟时间对熔体层和水层的分布影响。结果表明,随着注水延迟时间的延长,所需的注水压力增大,芯层熔体平均厚度增加,均匀度更好;同时水的穿透深度变大,宽度变小。
【Abstract】 Based on the equations of fluid dynamics and power-law model,aimed at the characteristic of water-assisted co-injection molding filling process,two-dimensional,transient,viscous,non-isothermal theoretical model and mathematical model of melt phases and water phase in molding filling process were built up. The whole filling process was simulated by volume of fluid (VOF) method. The influence of water injection delay time on the distribution of melt phase and water phase was studied. The results show that,with water injection delay time increasing,the injection pressure and average thickness increase,thickness uniformity becomes better. At the same time,penetration length of water increases and penetration breadth decreases.
