低温、强光胁迫对螺旋藻光合速率的影响

【摘要】 以鄂尔多斯高原碱湖钝顶螺旋藻(S1)及非洲乍得湖钝顶螺旋藻(S2)为试验材料,采用生理学方法研究了低温、强光胁迫处理对螺旋藻光合速率的影响,及不同波长的光对胁迫处理后螺旋藻光合能力恢复的影响。结果表明:低温、强光胁迫下螺旋藻的光抑制现象十分显著,且随处理温度的降低、时间的延长,螺旋藻光合速率下降幅度加大,处理15 min后净光合速率出现负值;处理后的样品在不同波长光下进行光合作用的恢复,蓝光的效果最显著,其次为红、黄、绿光,弱光的效果介于蓝光和红光之间,黑暗中的恢复效果最差。

【Abstract】 This research used the Spirulina platensis in the alkaline lake of Erdos Plateau(S1) and the Spirulina platensis in the lake of Chad Africa(S2) as experimental material, studied the effects of low temperature and high light treatment on photosynthetic rate of Spirulina platensis, and the effects of different types of light on the rate of recovery of Spirulina platensis by the physiological method. The results showed: The photoinhibition of Spirulina was significant under the stress of low temperature and high light, the photosynthetic rate dropped drastically with lowering of temperature and longer treating time, even becoming negative when stress duration longer than 15min; rate of recovery for the treated samples varied with wavelengths, with the blue light showing the most remarkable, followed by red light, yellow light, and green light, the recovery rate under dim light was between that for blue and red light, recovery at dark was very slow.
