碳化硅和氮化硅在熔融铝硅合金中的腐蚀研究
Corrosion of Silicon Carbide and Silicon Nitride in Molten Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 研究了重结晶碳化硅(R-SiC)与氮化硅结合碳化硅(Si3N4-SiC)在熔融铝硅合金中的腐蚀过程,得出了在1 080 h的热循环加热条件下,R-SiC与Si3N4-SiC具有较好的化学稳定性,对于实际太阳能相变储能合金容器材料选择具有较好的实际应用价值.
【Abstract】 It studies the corrosion process of recrystallized silicon carbide(R-SiC) and Si3N4 bonded SiC(Si3N4-SiC) in molten aluminum alloy,and concludes that under the 1 080 hour thermal cycle heating conditions,R-SiC and Si3N4-SiC have good chemical stability.The study has high application value for the selection of practical phase change solar energy storage alloy materials.
