甘油水溶液控湿方法及其对热镀锌钢SO2大气腐蚀的影响

【摘要】 采用模拟大气腐蚀试验装置,研究了湿度对热镀锌钢SO2大气腐蚀行为的影响以及甘油水溶液湿度控制的影响因素。结果表明,采用甘油水溶液控制湿度时,为保证湿度控制准确,甘油水溶液与控湿空间的容积之比为1/100~1/125左右为宜,腐蚀挂片距甘油水溶液面的距离控制在150 mm以下为宜。镀锌钢在SO2大气腐蚀环境下的初始腐蚀产物对进一步腐蚀具有抑制作用;在SO2浓度相同的情况下,镀锌钢的大气腐蚀速率随湿度的增大而增大;镀锌层在SO2大气腐蚀后出现突起和剥离,腐蚀产物呈现针状和层状,结构疏松。

【Abstract】 The action of humidity on SO2 atmospheric corrosion of hot galvanized steel and the affecting factors for the glycerine-water solution humidity control method were investigated thoroughly.The volume ratio of 1/100~1/ 125 between the glycerine-water solution and the humidity controlling space and the distance no more than 150 mm were suggested from the coupons to the glycerine-water solution.In the same SO2 concentration,the corrosion rate of the galvanized steel increased with the increase of the relative humidity.The zinc coating swelled and peeled from the substrate during the SO2 atmospheric corrosion.The corrosion products showed an acicular and lamellar loose structure.
