硬脂酸凝胶法制备尖晶石型NiCo2O4纳米晶体
Fabrication of NiCo2O4 Nanocrystal Through Stearic Acid Gel Method
【摘要】 采用硬脂酸凝胶法制备磁性NiCo2O4纳米颗粒.通过红外(FT-IR)、热重(TG)对前驱物进行分析;X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)研究了煅烧温度对NiCo2O4晶体形成的影响;透射电镜(TEM)、振动试样磁强计(VSM)对产物的形貌及磁性能进行表征.结果表明,380℃保温6 h可以获得单一晶相的NiCo2O4尖晶石纳米颗粒,粒度分布较窄,平均粒径约为9 nm,矫顽力为147 Oe,饱和磁化强度为2.22emu.g-1.
【Abstract】 Magnetic nanoparticles of nickel cobaltite were successfully prepared by a stearic acid gel method.The precursor of product was studied by infrared(IR) spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis(TG-DTG).The influence of calcination temperature on the structure of the product was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The particle size,micromorphology and magnetism performance of the calcined powder were examined by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The results show that single-phase NiCo2O4 nanocrystals with a narrow size distribution of 6 to 12 nm and a average particle size of 9 nm can be obtained by thermal decomposition of the precursor(stearic acid gel) at 380 ℃ for 6 h.The coercivity and the saturation magnetization of the resultant product are 147 Oe and 2.22 emu·g-1,respectively,at the magnetic field of 20 kOe.
